I have been using Melatonin for several years and it works well for me. They all seem to work the same, no matter if they are sustained released or not. If I use to much it does affect my mood, so I adjust according to that.

AFTER I HAD A STROKE I COULD NOT SLEEP, THIS ALONG WITH TYPE 2 COLLAGEN HELPED ME GET TO SLEEP AND STAY ASLEEP.

I replaced my old bottle of Melatonin with this brand and thought they would work well, being fresher and sustained release. Wrong. Don't know why, but they aren't working too well for me.
