Great way to get greens!

I take this product and love it. Capsules make it easy for my kids to take, since they don't like the taste of the loose powder in a drink, and I can keep some in my purse to take through out the day.

I am still trying this product. My goal is to not take adrenal or fibromyalgia herbs any more. I have gained ten pounds over the last year and I think it is because of the adrenal herbs.

I think that progreens is one of ideal supplements as the base supplement because it contains so many good nutiritions.
