I TAKE ONE TABLET OF PB8 EVERY DAY AND I FIND THAT IT PROTECTS ME AGAINST MOST BACTERIAL INFECTIONS IN FOOD. IT REALLY REPOPULATES THE GUT WITH BENEFICIAL ORGANISMS.

I live in NC and this item shipped to me in 3 days from California- and I am so glad, because I love them. These Acidophilus capsules are easy to swallow and have one of the highest levels of P8 strands I've seen so far. Great product, will buy again!
