My daughter is 4 years old and this is the only multi-vits she takes. I have tried several other brands but she's really picky and refuses everything but these. I also give her the the Liquid Vitamin D-3 from Now because the multi-vits doesn't contain as much of vitamin D as I would like, but apart from that they are great!

These gummy bears are very tasty. I give them to my daughters every night. Iherb's price is also the best available on the net.
