I used to take the Animal Pak, which is just a crazy amount of vitamins. I'm now a full convert to the ON Opti-Men as it is very reasonably priced but does has everything you need without going crazy. I can say that when I am on these for extended periods of time, my health is noticeably better and I don't come down with bad colds as often. I have never noticed any difference in my day to day feeling just from taking vitamins though, as some people claim to say. Still, I think it's important to take a good multi-vitamin and you can't go wrong with this one. The pills are kinda big, but you get used to it. In fact, I can now swallow the full does (three pills) plus an omega 3 pill, plus two cordyceps mushroom pills (I don't like eating mushrooms) all at one time.
