I'm not sure if these are doing anything to be honest, I was really enthusiastic about trying them when I read glowing reviews but my life has not changed by them being in it!

Broken capsules.

About 8-10% of this bottle's contents are crumbled. You'd think if anything, the caplets would unclip into two separate halves, but instead they seem to just "shatter" at the tips. That means a bunch of wasted pills. They're light enough that I can't see this being from jostling, so it seems like a factory issue. I'll be looking for a different banaba next time.
