Pure and effective, recommended to help fall asleep and improve quality of sleep. I like Paradise Herbs as they don't use fillers, the extracts are concentrated and the capsules are tiny. Valerian has a strong odour and doesn't suit everyone - some might find skullcap (Eclectic Institute), passionflower (NOW) or kava (can increase dreams!) more helpful.

I paid to join Consumer Lab and this was recommended. Others have worked well so excited to see differnce. We A Blood have high cortisol so we need help turning off at night.
