The biggest thing I have noticed is this has reduced my sugar cravings to almost nothing. I had some eye twitches taking a full capsule so now I split it into two caps and take it twice a day, then I don't get the twitching.

L carnosine is known primarily for its anti aging effects. Studies have shown that it protects against protein glycation, increased cell life, rejuvenated old cells, stabilise blood sugar, reverse signs of aging in senescent and moderates bodily functions such as immune system, blood pressure etc. Its effects are probably observant over a long period. Since I am still young, it’s hard for me to notice any noticeable effect except for slight smoother skin or more stable blood sugar (if taking 2 daily). The capsules are vegan, small and easy to swallow. The product does not contain flow agents like magnesium stearate or binders and fillers! The suggested use is 1-2 times which is low. I would recommend 4 capsules daily (1g) based on personal experience or more if you are older. Pricewise, it is expensive. Check out my page for more reviews!

We Always Use These For My Son's Autisim Along With Mega Foods, Essentials, Kids & Us For The Chelated Zinc And B Vitamins.(^_^)

I think the best carnosine in USA and capsules,no junk.Help with eyes,cancer,skin............ My husbund and I take it every day,I belive that it keep us young

Each capsule can be easy opened for adding the correct daily quantity to food. The pure powder looks and feels like corn-starch. It comes with an exotic taste. I am trying the product as a cataract preventative. Some people claim that this product may show positive results after 1 to 6 month.
