Glucosamine helps to form and repair cartilage in the joint and is anti-inflammatory (reduce the pain and swelling). The caps are vegetarian, not too big and easy to swallow. In fact, it's hard to find a glucosamine product that is vegetarian and does not comes from shelfish. I also like that the supplements contain no fillers, binders or flow agents! From my own experience, 2 capsules are more suitable for maintenance once your joint stops hurting and giving discomfort. If your joints are hurting or “clicking” when walking, you probably want to take 4 capsules daily till the problems are gone before reducing to 2 capsules. Paradise Herbs is a reputable company that does not uses harsh solvents like hexane.It uses quality ingredients that are organic (no pesticides), wild crafted (more nutrition than farm-based) or naturally grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Happy with vegetarian product, especially as am allergic to shell fish. Other products have become unavailable or very expensive

Very pleased with this product - it helps my arthritic joints and reduces inflammation - virtually eliminating pain.
