I've been useing this for quite a while now and find it really helps with my tight back musles. Definately reduces my visits to the chiropractor! I take it at night before I go to bed and it really seems to make my sleep better too. Have recomended this product to many friends who have also found it to make a difference for them. I have tried taking cal/mag tablets when I have run out of this and they just don't work as well. Natural Vitality CalMag really seems to get into your system fast and you feel the differnece right away!

I used to take calcium tablet, then found out the three of my arteries were narrowed for the calcium deposit. I stopped taking Calcium tablet and after another Angiogram the results were that now I have only 2 partially narrowing arteries. Definitely we need to direct the calcium were it has to go. This formula its like a street directory...it tells the Calcium and its friend Magnesium the right way where to go...not in my arteries but into my bones. This its a wonderful discover I've made and I do reccomend to everyone.

Peter Gilham's supplements are worth the expense. CalMag is a quick and simple product to take. It maintains my health and immune system.
