This is by far the best supplement or medication for prostate problems I have ever used (experience of over of about 20 years). Effective within short period of time (days) and steady progress subsequently. The irritation subsides almost entirely (at present I think it can be entirely eliminated, I wake up in the morning and do not have to look for a bathroom too often or with urgency) and significant improvement of flow occurs within weeks. Very high expectations for longer term use (months). Strongly recommended. Components have many positive effects apart from prostate health. Excellent overall tonic. Recommended for every man over "certain' age.
