I took two of these capsules everyday for 8 days, and I am not sure that I really noticed a difference in my "regularity." It didn't make anything worse than it already was, I just may have needed to take the capsules for longer than 8 days to see results.

I am not sure about these pills' effect. I think that digestive enzymes are more effective. Plus they taste quite bad
