I am happy to recommend this multivitamin - mainly because of the type of vitamins and the quantity. I was unhappy to see other brands using types of vitamins with lower bioavailabilty (cheaper ingredients, but not cheaper prices). Also, some brands will put ridiculous amounts of cheaper forms of vitamins - sometimes way way too much, other times just not enough. I chose this brand because they use quality ingredients and in a very sufficient amount. And for a reasonable price. Please support companies such as Pomology - even if their name sounds kind of funny ;)
