One capsule is enough to give you a great boost of energy and concentration. Just be careful when taking 2 capsules, sleeping at night might become a problem.

Take Note: This stuff really works. I have been tking this for quite sometime now and would not start my day or workout without it. It's like having 200 energy drinks in a bottle. At around $2.00 for an energy drink you will save a ton with this product.

This product has very tangible effects - it refreshes you, uplifts your mood and gives you perfect, clean head energy. The energy is more head, than body. At least for me. It may have different effects to different people. I take two caps on an empty stomach and this dose and its effects I find excellent for me (female, 55 kg, age 27)
