I used this for sleeplessness and anxiety and it did work very well, much better than other OTC herbal meds I have tried. I think it either works for you or it doesn't, due to your particular body chemistry. However, it does develop dependency quickly, so should only be used for three days, then don't use it for 3 days to let it clear out. I only gave it 4 stars due to the dependency potential -withdrawals are supposed to be as bad as some prescription sleep aids. It's powerful stuff!

I haven't been taking this daily, but when I do, I tend to sleep right through the night without waking up. No hangover either.
