Taken (with Epicore) to help clear chronic infections-swollen nasal and auditory passages and a chronically swollen ankle / lower leg. Have taken a short time; but all symptoms have improved. Also taking alternatively [not at same time] with a variety of probiotics for immune system. The "small" 250 mg. dose per capsule is useful to learn the amount to take for best results; if taking 500 mg. to 1000 mg., the 250 mg. capsules cost more, compared to the cost of larger capsules.

Switched to this one, because the 500 strengths are so expensive. Would buy other brands if they would/could come down on their price.
