I've been using this product for about four months and will continue to do so. I have an overall sense of wellbeing, am sleeping much better, and have lost 7 pounds without being on a diet...I simply no longer crave sweets and those empty carbs that are loaded with calories. I was not terribly overweight (weighed 138) but certainaly needed to lose weight. I think my ideal weight is 125. Can't wait! Maybe in another 6 mos. I'll be there
