Taste is weaker because it's without monosodium glutamate which is a flavor enhancer. But I like it definitely because it's natural! I know that my food tastes so well not because of a flavor enhancer but because I made it like this. ;) But I prefer Rapunzel's bouillons with added salt. I will follow someone's advice to keep it in a refrigerator as it becomes squidgy.

The taste is good, the smell a bit yeasty (think Marmite), and the texture is sometimes a bit odd. They seem to melt in the packs, ending with that I have to scrape it off with a knife instead if just throwing it in the soup. Not a big deal, but a bit impractical.

no preservatives! no added anything EXCEPT PALM OIL. Don't like the palm oil. But since there are no added allergens and preservatives, I will be buying again.

adds a nice flavor and if you want salt you can at least add it to your own liking.

I liked the boullion with sea salt better. This is ok cos I like the ingredient list. Thank you iHerb for the ***** service.
