These are the best to take for your heart health. my doctor told me to change from the old fish oil because it does not do enough. Krill oil is best for your arteries, and I only have one carotid left going to my brain.

The fish oil softgels are rather big and I was having trouble swallowing them. A pharmacist recommended "krill oil", as the softgels are much smaller. I haven't had a problem since I got "krill oil". \
