Tip for use: soak in water with a little lemon juice for about an hour to take away the crunch. Otherwise the noodles are crunchy. These were pretty good. I perfer the regular ones more. If you are making a simple salad with them with a light dressing they are very good. If you want to use a more pungent sauce on them you might prefer the regular ones.

Great recipe for cabbage salad on the package. I used more cabbage than called for and it was really enjoyed by all my guests!
Not significantly different from regular

You really can't taste the green tea flavor advertised. They are essentially the same as the ones without green tea.

After soaking it in water for a day, the texture was better.

Not as good as the unflavoured ones.
Genuinely cannot taste much green tea in these

Kinda disappointed. I used to buy a green tea buckwheat/wheat soba, and miss them. This is not very green tea flavoured, alas. As nice as the plain one though, hence the 4 stars
