I have taken this product for a long time. It takes awhile to notice at first, but after taking it awhile you will notice that your hair grows at least 1/4 inch more per month or more. That may not sound like much, but when you're trying to grow your hair out, it helps. First you'll notice that your nails are growing a lot faster. I take half a pill twice daily because your body can only absorb so much biotin at one time and I don't want to waste any, but it's more economical to purchse it this way. And it has a pleasant taste, like candy.
