This is a great probiotic blend that has a high CFU quantity of 20 billion. The bottle arrived promptly from iHerb, and the bacteria in the probiotic capsules were live and active when I tested them in a bowl of milk overnight. I purchased these probiotics to assist with digestive issues and fungal overgrowth. They have assisted with both, although probiotics alone will not completely alleviate these issues. A complete body approach is required, but these probiotics have been an important building block.
