Disappointed with quality of product

The ease of ordering and communication of iHerb.com has been wonderful. However, I am disappointed as the product itself is not satisfactory. Due to the delicacy of this particular product in it's need for refrigeration, I will not be purchasing this product via 1-3 day shipping. It took 4 days and was no longer cold. I regularly use this product and in the past ten days, it is clear the product seems to have little to none live cultures present. It seems I wasted $40 rather than invested in it. In future, if purchasing via internet, I would only purchase with next day shipping.
