Dr. Oz recommended this type of supplement, but I haven't seen a change on the scale or in my level of energy, in terms of insulin response.

This is a new product for me, so I need more time to evaluate. I like that they are capsules and in a glass bottle instead of plastic. I'm not a fan of plastic containers. Will enter further info later after using this product longer.
