I didn't realize this is a synthetic version of Vitamin A, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.

not what I wanted

I ordered the wrong thing here. This is not recommended for children which I was hoping to use it for (it's hard to find 5,000 IU and was so excited by the numbers that I didnt realize it wasnt an oil capsule but a tablet).
