At last, the dose I need in one pill I can swallow. Hurray. I use it twice a day for neuropathy. Good stuff.

Okay but prefer capsules (Healthy Origins)

Purchased at iHerb

No idea if the timed release is effective. Is a good option for avoiding allergens but I prefer Healthy Origins as it's better value.
