i have very poor digestion, the food seems to sit in my stomach and not moving. I try this and did not do a thing, in fact seems to make it a bit worse. May be what is in it is not what I need

I would have to rate this mabe as a 11/2 because I am not experiencing any changes in my digestive system. The first one i tried I bought from our local halth food store and it scores a 1-10 with me. So it leaves me wondering what is wrong with this product. I spent a lot of money on this order an so far, not so good, I'm following all directions.
