Appears to take the edge off. These are large tablets and take a while to disolve under your tongue.

Helps me prevent nervous heartbeat and blushing! But if I take to much, I get red spots in my face. Not pretty. It also helps me sleep well!! :) Will buy again

Good for Anxiety and Tension

I have taken these sublinguals when I was really frazzled and within 20 minutes I feel the egde come off. I get Anxiety at times and muscles start to tighten and these just help relax me to the point I don't focus on it and can move on comfortably. The mint flavor is a little strong for me - reminds me of the old Sucrets cough drops. I just stick them under my tongue and I don't have to taste them as much. They work for me similar to Bach's Rescue Remedy. Good product.
