i am hoping the product will help me with my urination problem and prostrate , so far no change in frequency of urination.

Purchased at iHerb

I really cannot properly rate this product because it is mainly for cholesterol control. There is no way for me to know if or how much it is doing. My reason for trying it was in hopes it would help with BPH. So far I see no improvement with that problem.
