not terribly effective for me

I found this was not effective for menstrual migraines. And since that is the only kind of migraine I get, I guess this one won't help me. I found the Natural Care Migraine (homeopathic) capsules to be much more effective, and probably more cost effective, too. I ended up with this because iherb was out of the Natural Care Migraine.

This didn't work and actually made my pain worse, but then, my migraines aren't the typical kind because they don't really fit the description to be that, so it is possible I am not treating my true condition . . .
