Started using this as a way to restore thyroid function along with Healthy Origins, Selenium in addition to Raw Thyroid. For me... I take this at breakfast and lunch. After only a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in a lot of areas.

Bought these because I read they were good to have on hand in case of nuclear "event". lol Don't know how good they are but if they are Potassium Iodide it's all good. Let's hope I never need to try them! Cheers! iHerb definitely was the best place to get them, IMO. Their shipping and prices are hard to beat,I would think.

Bump out the fluoride!

I have read in several sources that the thyroid will absorb fluoride which is in the same chemical family as iodide. Taking some extra iodide once in a while might be a good idea! Goodness sakes, we nvoluntarily get extra fluoride in water, even absorbed through the skin.
