Been taking some form of Ultra Cal for about 8 years. Nice to have the vitamin K added. If I don't take Ultra Cal at night I often have leg cramps in the early morning. Other calciums don't work, including the bonemeal preparations.

Good supplement, but not a lot of calcium

This seems like a great quality supplement, but after I bought it I realized it doesn't actually have that much calcium in it.
