I use cleanses, and I have for years. I still learned quite a bit from this book. I'd keep it around for reference.

Wow! I thought I Was well read on toxins, but this book provides in depth information and clear concise instructions as to what to do to prevent and "cleanse" your body systems. PLUS it wasn't full of plugs for certain product brands. I'm getting a copy for my family & friends. This information needs to be shared!

I wish the author would give some more details, but still very well done, simple, easy to follow. I hope to check it out and make a detox system out of it for myself. He gives guidelines only. The book appeals to my logic as workable.

Very informative! Great scientific explanation of the body's methods to detox and how to support your systems for maximum efficiency. No hard sell for some relative suppliments. Excellent reference guide!
