This was just a sample size so cannot comment on effect. I mixed with a smoothie and the taste was ok. I will order full size as the list of ingredients was very comprehensive.

I like the taste, but you need to constantly stir for the powder not to drop at the bottom of the glass. I prefer the Macro Reds for the mixability and taste as well.
