i eat low glycemic diet but at night i could not stop eating.the blood sugar was not stable.now one pill half an hour before the evening meal and i do not have to eat anything until the morning.i find it amazing

it gave me a horrible headache. I tried for one week and like clockwork, I had a headache. The thing is...I never get headaches. This also made my food "repeat" itself a little. I only took one pill before meals. Like I said, I really wanted this to work because it sounds like a great concept and I do need to watch my blood sugar level, but I can't stand the headaches. I don't think it was dehydration, either, I drink a lot of water. An alternative may be taking chia seed gel before meals instead. It's a lot cheaper and has Omega 3 and protein too. And it doesn't give me a headache.

...really can't tell how well they've worked, because I don't have a scale, but something's working... (I HAVE lost inches recently, but I started other things at the same time I started taking these.) Large softgells, may be a problem if you find it hard to swallow. Very important to drink the water!

I tried the sample bottle and I really noticed it helped to curve my sweet tooth between meals and did lower my cravings for foods not so good for me. I would like to buy again but it is a little spendy.

My husband felt the difference immediately!He said he can go without feeling hungry for long time!I will order more!
