Green tea is a very powerful antioxidant, so is recommended to be used for overall health. Tastes good - like green tea should. It seems to be a good brand and a very good product!

I am a big fan of green tea and all I can say is that this one is absolutely delicious. I have to be carefull thought to take the tea out after 1 minute. Otherwise it wil become bitter.
