Just make sure you steep the bag for 20 seconds then throw out the water then pour fresh water to get the caffeine out

Ceylon tes is my choice when I purchase tea. When I discovered St Dalfour pure Ceylon Tea, I was so empressed with the smoothness and flavor I now use it exclusivley. I'm a believer of "you get what you pay for" It's worth every penny. If I cluld rate it a ten star I would!

This tea makes a lovely cup of tea. It has a delicate taste and is aromatic. I like that it is organic. Also, this tea muscle tests as okay for me which most teas do not. It is a very good product that I can recommend to tea lovers.
