This stuff tones but I don't feel that my pores are minimised. The rose scent is not overwhelming but in fact has a soothing effect. If you're looking for a toner that doesn't dry out your skin, this is it.

I have been using this product for a few weeks; morning and night. I love it! I haven't noticed any difference on my skin yet but love the fact that it's doing my skin some good! Smells lovely jubbly!
