I'd give it a minus if there was such a rating! Thorne claim they use a mix of GMO and non-GMO products! but REFUSE to confirm the status of any individual products, leaving customers blind! Well, buyer we ware! I suggest iherb drop this brand until they become willing to disclose the GMO status of their products!

I am vegetarian and have been for 10 years. I have have probably been vitamin b deficient for this time because of nonchalance. Especially in b6 and b12. My tiredness just vanished and I have energy all day long. Bad sleep and hallucinations i use to have during nighttime disappeared. My panic attacks that i use to have disappeared. The maze or foggy consciousness during the day disappeared. This product changed my life.

A bit too large in size and if swallowed awkwardly a very foul aftertaste After 6 months of use B levels have increased almost back to normal levels

This formulation is one of the best I've tried for several reasons: It is hypoallergenic, comes in veggie caps, balanced vitamin dosage, active form of vitamins, no strong odor unlike other brands. Of course there are cheaper brands but you usually get what you pay for.

I had read that folic acid isn't utilized well by the older brain, as it isn't natural, so wanted a B complex with folate instead. I don't know when or if I'll see a difference. I do trust Thorne products, however.
