Not sure about this product I took it and found it didnt agree with me. It gave me very vivid dreams and seem to drastically reduce my estrogen levels.

Works well for myself and autistic daughter. I like that it only contains melatonin no other aditives. My daughter doesn't wake as frequently.

i really should be taking less than this but i like the thorne products. they seem like a reputable company and don't add fillers to most of their products. We all can use melatonin so i take it. I think i sleep better but its probably in my head. I also take a cup of peter gillhams magnesium tea before i go to sleep
