This is definitely drinkable. I'm not sure if it does much for colds besides providing hydration but I'll probably buy it again.

For a head cold or flu, this tea is really soothing. I mix it with Organic Echinacea and sometimes Organic Green Tea and just drink it ALL DAY LONG... I don't drink it daily, only when I'm feeling a little under the weather. take with LOTS of honey and call me in the morning! :)
