I use 1 serving after 1-1,5 hour weight training! 5-10 minutes after drinking I feel much better, MUCH better!! For those, who knows what I'm talking - after the training your muscles are like stone, after you drink amino, they feel much better, relaxed and I feel not so "hunger" to run and drink protein. They don't need just right after, because they have amino already and you could make little flex training and after go for protein. Must have!
