Twinlab, Mega L-Carntine has helped keep my weight on the level. A am dealing with a specialist and have put on over 50 lbs in one year. We still have not gotten to the problem but at least I am not gaining any more weight. I like the fact that I found a tablet rather than a capsule as I have an intolerance to the capsule coating.
