Haven't been taking it as much as needed but was especially interested in it's helping my allergies during the spring-it's supposed to be helpful in fighting symptoms. delivery was unproblematic very well packaged.

This product works like a charm for the seasonal "allergy" symptoms of a stuffy head and runny nose. The Twinlab brand absorbs quickly and in a couple of days, I'm symptom free. Yay.

Best thing to take for allergies and colds, much better than antihistamines, and just as effective for me. Only problem with this is the weight of the glass bottle increases delivery costs.
