good stuff- it works!

gives you one long stool & stops irritable bowel syndrome. does not mix well with water & sticks to the side of the cup so i just put it in my mouth direct. To me it has hardly any taste- unlike what the other reviewer said. L. Acidophilus DDS-1 is a much researched strain & it is able to cling well to the gut.

I am fairly pleased with this for the price. I wanted a powder that did not have any corn or dairy in it. I think it is reasonbly priced and provides a good level of bacteria. It does not dissolve well in water which is what it recommends putting it in. An the flavor is not good so it has to be put with something more like juice. May seek out a different product that dissolves better and taste better.
