I've been using dozens of various supplements for years for different purposes. I must say this is nearly most effective one. If I take one in the morning, I have no difficulties to survive my workday without sleepiness. Also I don't get breathless so easy while biking. Increased interest in bed activities is also nice side effect. There are plenty of iron and vitamins of B-group in it, but I suppose you could not get same result eating iron and those vits alone. Warning: taking this in the evening will spoil your sleep.
