Good if you dont have much time before sports to mix creatine powders, taste is average, but this is a sports supplement so you should not wish for something so delicious...

It is one of the my favorite "simple" creatine products. With it there is no need to drink as before creatine with sugar water, grape juice or any other carbs, because every chewable already contains carbohydrates. I personally like it a lot.
