Purchased at iHerb

Everyone is not a GABA person. You can find out what your dominant nature is by filling out the questionnaire in Dr. Braverman's book, The Edge Effect. For those who are, this a good product. It quickly calms my anxiety and helps me sleep better.

I do think this product relieves stress. Unfortunately, I also believe it causes intestinal distress.
