The taste of this fruit spread is great, however if you're used to normal jams the consistency is a little harder to spread. Great for use in baking! Will be trying more Walden Farms fruit spreads in the future!

I bought this to put on top of my protein puddings to jazz them up a bit. This spread is more like a jelly than a jam. As long as your not expecting the taste and consistency to be that of a jam made with real fruit (like St Dalfours or something similar)then you wont be disappointed. However I much prefer the pancake, chocolate & caramel syrups to this.
