Took us a great deal of time to find a Camu of this kind of quality. As far as we can tell it has not been spray dried with wheat gluten or any other nasty chemical and is in it's most unprocessed state that we can find. Great!
An authentic mood booster

Camu camu in this particular powedered dark form is by far the strongest available. Drink it in water for the most effective results. Shake vigorously, wait a minute, then shake again and it is ready for consumption. Quite sour, but the result of mood boosting, not too mention the bioflavonoids, is evident.
Gluten-free! not dried by spraying with wheat like many other camu s!

Camu is well known for vitamin c and for controlling, preventing, treating herpes/cold sores. This is my favorite. It is more expensive than most because you are getting the best processing without quick-dry-spraying with wheat or something else that is supposedly natural; slow is better. However, it doesn't mix well; I've tried water, different juices, yogurt, kefir, etc. HOWEVER I found something that it mixes great with and that is Garden of Life's Raw Protein. Then for flavor I add Pomezotic. It doesn't sound good but it is actually tasty and I enjoy it; it is like a chocolate berry flavor. I may try adding Acacia fiber.
Not sure yet

It has a slightly strong, herbal smell and does not taste so good if you eat it alone. I mix it with juice. Sometimes it clumps and does not blend well, but the suggested use is such a small amount it is no big deal. It costs more than other Camu and I am not sure it is doing anything for me. Will keep taking it as some sources say it may benefit gums. Now, after 3 weeks, no noticeable results.

I was so excited to get this for a cheaper price(Sprouts sells them for almost twice the price. However, when I opened up the package it was a darker orange and the taste is bitter! Turns out I ordered the wrong camu powder! Lol, wont do that again!
